Up to 3 requests per second per active proxy on the account. An identical request can be repeated after 3 seconds. Above the limit the API returns HTTP 429.
The IP change link comes with the proxy details: open it manually or call it from your code. You can also turn on rotation by timer, and change country, city and operator without a new purchase.
Yes. Our MCP server connects to Claude, Cursor and Windsurf: the agent picks geo and prices, rotates IPs, updates settings and tracks expiry dates. Purchases and renewals from the balance are done by the local version of the server; the hosted server mcp.mpsapi.com only quotes their cost.
